By running the application in Kiosk Mode (assigned access in Windows 8.1), the application cannot be exited and settings cannot be modified. This provides a safe way for running the application unattended on a large touch screen or touch table setup at tradeshows, malls, conferences, or other public locations. Content management is as simple as setting up a collection of images and videos stored in folders. Folders will be shown as live tiles that can be navigated. You can quickly switch between different portfolios by configuring a different media root folder in Media Kiosk. Content can be managed from a remote location by using a Skydrive folder as a media root folder.
