You can bring data from one Access database into another in many ways. Copying and pasting is the simplest method, but importing and linking offer you better control and flexibility over the data that you bring, and over how you bring that data into the destination database.

• When you link to data, Access creates a two-way connection that synchronizes changes to data in Access and the SQL Database.
• When you import data, Access creates a one-time, copy of the data, and so changes to data in either Access or the SQL Database are not synchronized.

If what you mean is that you want to display data from the MS Access database on a web page, then I would answer as follows.

If your server is a Windows server, then I think you have to just place your database out on the server somewhere and then read and write to it through the appropriate ODBC connector. I am not sure of any more of the details, like how to read and write to it from PHP, Perl, Python, etc., because, while I have have over 20 years of MS Access experience, I’ve never tried it and furthermore, I wouldn’t do it.
